As an official IBO (Independent Business Owner), C.J. Customer Support will help guide you through every step — from registration to training — so you can start working from home successfully.

💰 Is there a cost involved?

While some clients on the Arise® platform may require a small certification fee, C.J. Customer Support will reimburse 100% of any eligible payment if you are successfully contracted and complete the onboarding process. Additionally, you will receive a $100 welcome bonus as part of our team.

💵 How Do I Get Paid?

  • Payment Frequency: Bi-weekly (every 2 weeks)
  • Payment Method: Direct deposit to your bank account
  • Estimated Pay: Between $10 and $16 USD/hour (depending on the client and project)

⏰ What Are the Available Work Hours?

Schedules are 100% flexible. You choose your hours each week based on availability. Morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are typically available.

📝 How to Apply

Follow these simple steps to get started with C.J. Customer Support and begin working with top clients through the Arise® Platform:

  1. Step 1: Click the orange button below to fill out our internal application form.
  2. Step 2: Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions and your unique CJ Partner ID.
  3. Step 3: Visit portal.arise.com and create your profile.
  4. Step 4: Choose “Join an existing Service Partner” and enter our CJ ID to connect with us.
  5. Step 5: Complete the background check and any necessary documentation.
  6. Step 6: Wait for confirmation from our team, then choose your client and start training!
